Neil has approximately 20 years of professional experience, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, risk management, treasury, HR, and legal. He has served in senior leadership positions for publicly traded and private-equity backed entities, including Earthstone Energy and Epoch Resources. Prior thereto, he worked in investment banking and debt capital markets at UBS Investment Bank. He has participated in $17bn of announced M&A ($1bn as an operator and $16bn within investment banking) and $46bn of bookrun capital markets transactions
